Elliot Park Neighborhood

As one of the oldest neighborhoods in Minneapolis, Elliot Park offers downtown living with an abundance of amazing historical architecture. Located just north of I-94 in the southeast corner of Downtown, Elliot Park is home to many well-known institutions and organizations, including Hennepin County Medical Center and North Central University. US Bank Stadium, home to the Minnesota Vikings, borders the northeast edge of the neighborhood. Residents have access to activities and events in both Elliot and Franklin Steele Parks, and are just a few short blocks from the Mississippi river and the amazing Guthrie Theater.
